Introduction:

This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Grand Distribution LLC (referred to as the “Seller”) and the Purchaser concerning the purchase of goods and materials specified in the attached corresponding invoice (the “Invoice”).

Payments:

We exclusively accept payments via ACH or wire transfer. We highly advise our customers to settle their invoices before the due date.

Returns:

All sales are deemed final. Should the Purchaser suspect negligent misinformation by the Seller, such matters must be formally communicated to the Seller in writing within three (3) business days following the goods’ delivery. The Seller reserves the exclusive discretion to authorize a return request within the designated time frame.

Description of Services:

The Seller functions as a wholesaler and distributor of a diverse range of goods, encompassing cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances, among others. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Seller does not represent itself as an authorized distributor for any brands or products it provides.

Sales Limitations:

The Seller hereby disclaims any liability for goods subject to selling restrictions imposed by third-party platforms such as Amazon, FBA, or other marketplaces. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure authorization and eligibility to sell such goods. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Seller does not assert itself as an authorized reseller or distributor of the brands offered. The Seller is not affiliated with Amazon.

Non-Returnable Items Policy:

“We regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted for used or damaged products. However, in the event of receiving damaged items or incorrect products, we facilitate refunds. Prior to issuing a refund, we require the return of the order for inspection by our team. This ensures adherence to our quality standards and accuracy in processing refunds.”
