Smudge Pig is a firm believer in the gentle art of doing very little. Effort, she says, is overrated. A leisurely wander round the garden, a brief nod to the flowerbeds, perhaps a polite word to a daisy… That’s quite enough for one day! She and Smudge Lamb are often found “supervising” the gardening, which mostly involves reclining nearby and offering encouraging remarks.
